Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website (“Site”) and/or booking services with Bleu Massage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this Site or our services.

Services

Bleu Massage provides professional massage therapy and wellness services performed by licensed massage therapists.

We reserve the right to:
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason.
• Modify or discontinue services, pricing, or hours without prior notice.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. All bookings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation.

 

Cancellations
• Must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50–100% of the service fee.
• Repeat no-shows may result in suspended booking privileges.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to respect other clients. The full service fee will still apply.

Health and Safety

Clients must:
• Disclose all relevant health information, including medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and recent surgeries.
• Understand that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.
• Communicate any discomfort during the session.

Bleu Massage maintains a professional, clean, and safe environment.
Inappropriate conduct, harassment, or intoxication will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

Payments and Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service. Accepted methods include:
• Credit/debit cards
• Cash
• Gift cards or promotional vouchers (if applicable)

Refunds
All sales are final. Once a service is rendered, no refunds will be issued.
Deposits and prepayments may be transferable at management’s discretion but are otherwise non-refundable.​

 

Gift Cards and Promotions

Gift cards and promotional offers:
• Are valid only for the specified services.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Must be used before the expiration date listed (if applicable).
• May not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

 

Memberships and Packages

Bleu Massage memberships are designed to support ongoing wellness and flexibility while rewarding consistency and loyalty.

General Terms
• Memberships and multi-session packages are non-refundable but may be shared or transferred to friends or family upon written request.
• Members receive exclusive pricing, priority booking, and upgrade options such as aromatherapy or hot stone add-ons.
• Unused session credits automatically roll over each month while the membership remains active.

Termination or Suspension
A request to Terminate or Suspend your membership must be emailed to: info@bleumassage.com

Once received, a Membership Termination or Suspension Form will be sent to you for completion before any changes take effect.

• Termination: Upon approval, you will be relieved from future payments. Any unused credits will be converted to Bleu Massage gift certificates equal to the remaining monetary value, valid for 90 days after termination.
• Suspension: Memberships may be frozen for up to 90 days. Any accumulated credits not used by the end of the freeze period will expire unless the membership is reactivated.

All membership and package credits are non-refundable.

Billing and Payment Authorization
• Monthly dues are automatically charged on or after the 1st of each month to the card or account on file.
• By enrolling, you authorize Herr Enterprise LLC DBA Bleu Massage to charge the designated account for monthly dues and additional requested services.
• You agree to maintain accurate and updated billing information (name, address, phone number, and payment method).

Bleu Massage reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for any reason.

Change Notice
You will be notified if any material changes are made to your membership terms or monthly billing rate.​
